Qualifications & requirements
MEP Site Engineer – Electrical
- Location: Abu Dhabi.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering and site supervision for building, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of LV/MV systems, power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, generators, transformers, and emergency power systems.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of BIM/Revit and electrical design software is an advantage.
Engineering Manager – Civil
- Location: Ras Al Khaimah.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of civil engineering experience, including substantial experience in engineering management.
- Proven track record managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex construction or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in project planning, resource allocation, budget control, risk management, and technical quality assurance.
Senior Marine & Offshore Structural Engineer – Mooring & Floating Structures
- Location: Sharjah (design role).
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of structural engineering experience, with relevant specialization in marine, offshore, or coastal structural design.
- Experience designing offshore platforms, marine terminals, jetties, berths, quay walls, piles, dolphins, or other marine structures, depending on project requirements.
- Experience using structural analysis software such as SACS, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or equivalent tools.
Resident Engineer – Industrial Project
- Location: Abu Dhabi.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline aligned with the industrial project scope; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of engineering experience, including extensive site supervision and construction management on industrial projects.
- Experience in factories, manufacturing facilities, industrial plants, warehouses, utilities, or similar developments.
- Experience reviewing construction drawings, method statements, inspection and test plans, material submittals, and progress reports.
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
Architect
- Location: Sharjah.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of architectural design and project delivery experience.
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, industrial, or mixed-use building projects.
- Experience preparing concept designs, schematic designs, detailed drawings, tender documents, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of BIM coordination, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other visualization tools is an advantage.
Geotechnical Engineer
- Location: Abu Dhabi.
- Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Geological Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience.
- Experience in geotechnical investigations, soil and rock characterization, and interpretation of geotechnical reports.
- Experience with retaining structures, excavation support, slope stability, dewatering, and soil-structure interaction.
- Familiarity with geotechnical design software such as PLAXIS, GeoStudio, or equivalent programs.
- Knowledge of applicable design codes and experience coordinating with structural, civil, and construction teams.
Land Survey Engineer
- Location: Abu Dhabi.
- Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of surveying experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or land development projects.

Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/UAE experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be UAE Driving License holders.
- Experience in engineering consultancy, construction, infrastructure, industrial, marine, offshore, or related projects, as applicable to the role.
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant engineering standards, codes, specifications, and industry practices.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Good communication, coordination, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must be willing to work at the designated project location (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or Ras Al Khaimah) and meet applicable UAE employment and visa requirements.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
