Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience in Construction Management & Supervision within the construction industry.
Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and PMP Certified.
- Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience in Project Management & Supervision within the construction industry.
Procurement Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in Procurement & Supply Chain within the construction industry.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in Planning and Scheduling within the construction industry.
Technical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in Building projects within the construction industry.
QA/QC Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in Building projects within the construction industry.
HSE Officer:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, and IOSH/NEBOSH Certification.
- Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in building projects within the construction industry.
Site Architect Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in Building projects within the construction industry.
MEP Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Building projects within the construction industry.
Site Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Building projects within the construction industry.
Draughtsman:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of UAE experience in Building projects within the construction industry.
Civil Foreman:
- ITI, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Building projects within the construction industry.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Construction Codes, Safety Regulations, and inspection procedures.
• Preferably with strong knowledge of the building construction engineering industry.
• All candidates must have experience in High-rise & Mid-rise building construction Projects.
• Candidates must be available inthe UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Construction Codes, Safety Regulations, and inspection procedures.
