Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and PMP Certified.
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in Project Management & Supervision within the construction industry.
Project Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in Building projects within the construction industry.
Site Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in site supervision & execution within the construction industry.
Safety Officer:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, and IOSH/NEBOSH Certification.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in building projects within the construction industry.
Land Surveyor:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil or Survey Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in Building projects within the construction industry.
Documents Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience within the construction industry in the UAE.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Construction Codes, Safety Regulations, and inspection procedures.
• Preferably with strong knowledge of the building construction engineering industry.
• All candidates must have experience in mixed-use building construction Projects.
• Candidates must be available inthe UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
