Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Construction Manager:
- Postgraduate degree in Construction or Project Management. Minimum 12 years Post-graduation experience (5 years minimum within KSA professional practice).
- Candidates with large-scale Public Arts projects, and internationally recognized or award-winning designs, will be highly regarded.
Design Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Fine Arts. Minimum 12 years Post-graduation experience (5 years minimum within KSA professional practice).Previous experience in Public Arts projects within KSA will be highly regarded.
Planning Assistant:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering combined with a post-graduate qualification in Project Controls/Project Scheduling. Minimum 5 years Post-graduation experience (2 years minimum within KSA professional practice).
- Previous experience in Public Arts projects within KSA will be highly regarded.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent overall communication skills, English language skills, and Engineering terminology.
• Candidates with experience with Multinational Design consultants and exposure to Middle Eastern and Global projects will be preferred.
• Candidates must have design environment experience, otherwise, the CV will be neglected.
• Candidates available in Saudi Arabia and can Join immediately are eligible to apply for these positions.
