Senior Project Engineer:

• 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Candidates should have experience in project controls, environmental health and safety, risk management, contracts management, CAD/BIM tools, government engagement, continuous improvement leadership, and international experience, ideally in KSA.
Senior Architect:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years experience in large-scale projects.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of architectural design, production techniques, building materials, regulatory standards, and CAD tools, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
BIM Specialist:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of related experience in healthcare projects.
• Candidates must have skills in BIM Management, Clash Detection, REVIT, and Navisworks for healthcare building projects.
Senior Electrical Engineer:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in leading the electrical engineering aspects of large-scale projects.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in systems, calculations, methods, materials, regulatory standards, and CAD tools, along with strong communication and leadership skills.
Senior Mechanical Engineer:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in overseeing the mechanical engineering aspects of large-scale projects.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in systems, calculations, methods, materials, regulatory standards, and CAD tools, along with strong communication and leadership skills.
Testing & Commissioning Engineer:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in government, semi-government, and private international construction sites.
• Candidate should have experience in site construction, project controls, health and safety, contracts management, quality assurance, testing and commissioning operations, continuous improvement, talent development, interface management, and international work, ideally in KSA.
Data Management Specialist:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in documents/information management, including 5 years as a department manager/section manager in large-scale projects.
• Candidate possesses technical expertise in document and content management systems, data management applications, a methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving, excellent communication and presentation skills in English, and international experience, preferably in KSA.
Training Specialist:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 13 years of experience in training specialists across external organizations.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in innovative classroom techniques, teaching aids, oral and written reporting, training program development, and administration. Ideally, candidates should have Arabic language skills acquired through specialized instruction and practical experience.
Senior Documents Controller:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare building projects.
• Candidate should be proficient in ACONEX and MS Office and possess excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Arabic.
