We are looking for talented candidates to join our teams in the Riyadh & Jeddah projects immediately. Positions available for Nationals and Expats with immediate Iqama transfer include:

- Procurement Engineer
- Civil Project Engineer
- Civil Superintendent
- Planning Engineer
- QA / QC Engineer
- BIM Coordinator
- Quantity Surveyor
- Architect
- Draftsman
- Civil Foreman
- Land Surveyor
- Documents Controller

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Procurement Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Procurement Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in GCC/KSA in building projects within a Construction company.

Civil Project Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in GCC/KSA in building projects within a Construction company.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in GCC/KSA in building projects within a Construction company.

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in GCC/KSA in building projects within a Construction company.

BIM Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in GCC/KSA in building projects within a Construction company.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in GCC/KSA in building projects within a Construction company.

Architect:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in GCC/KSA in building projects within a Construction company.
• Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (Auto CAD, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp).

Draftsman:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in GCC/KSA in building projects within a Construction company.
• Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (Auto CAD, Revit, Navisworks, ACC).

Civil Foreman:

• Certification, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in GCC/KSA in building projects within a Construction company.

Land Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil / Survey Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in GCC/KSA in building projects within a Construction company.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Management, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience within a Construction company.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in GCC/KSA countries is mandatory.
• Applicants must have experience in building construction projects.
• Applicants must be inside KSA only and have a transferable Iqama.
• Collaborate closely with project and design teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Candidates must be available in Saudi Arabia and can join immediately.
