Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Senior Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in the MEP field with high-rise experience. Comprehensive knowledge of electrical power distribution, lighting, low current systems, and fire alarm systems.
Senior Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in the MEP field with high-rise experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Fluent in English Language (writing, reading, conversation).
• Able to perform take-off quantities from drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD & Excel is essential, and Candy Software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with team members.
• Must be able to read building plans and have knowledge of all Electrical and Mechanical specifications.
• Candidates must be available in UA and Locally and can join immediately.
• Able to perform take-off quantities from drawings.
