About the company

Dorsch Group is hiring experienced professionals to join our Construction Supervision Team for the Expo 2030 Riyadh Mega Infrastructure Project. We are looking for experienced Engineers and Personnel to join our team in Riyadh, KSA, with strong experience in the supervision and delivery of major infrastructure and development projects.

Qualifications & requirements

Health & Safety Manager
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • NEBOSH International Diploma / IGC, IOSH, or equivalent HSE qualification preferred.
  • 15+ years of HSE experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role on major infrastructure, transportation, or mega projects.
  • Strong experience developing and implementing HSE management systems, audits, risk assessments, emergency procedures, and incident investigations.
  • Experience with KSA HSE regulations and authority requirements is highly preferred.
Senior Utilities Engineer – Wet Services (Design)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in water supply, sewerage, stormwater, drainage, and wet utility design.
  • Proven experience with major infrastructure/utility projects, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong knowledge of utility design standards, hydraulic modelling, specifications, and authority requirements.
  • KSA/GCC experience preferred.
Senior Utilities Engineer – Electrical (Design)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in electrical utility infrastructure and design.
  • Experience in MV/LV networks, substations, power distribution, street lighting, utility corridors, and associated infrastructure.
  • Strong experience working with multidisciplinary infrastructure design teams and engineering consultants.
  • Knowledge of SEC and relevant KSA standards is advantageous.
Senior Traffic Engineer
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant traffic/transportation engineering experience.
  • Experience in traffic studies, traffic management, road networks, junctions, access planning, and major infrastructure developments.
  • Experience with traffic modelling/analysis software and transportation design standards.
  • KSA/GCC infrastructure experience preferred.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of quantity surveying/commercial experience, preferably with major infrastructure projects.
  • Strong experience in measurement, BOQ, cost estimation, valuations, variations, claims, contracts, and payment certification.
  • Experience with FIDIC contracts and consultancy/construction supervision environments.
  • MRICS or equivalent professional membership is advantageous.
Senior H&S Engineer
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent HSE qualification preferred.
  • 10+ years of HSE experience on major construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessments, method statements, inspections, audits, toolbox talks, incident reporting, and HSE compliance.
  • KSA project experience and knowledge of local regulations preferred.
Lead Field Engineer – Civil
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience, including significant experience in construction supervision.
  • Proven experience leading civil works on major infrastructure/mega projects.
  • Strong knowledge of earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities, concrete works, and site execution.
  • Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, inspectors, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • KSA/GCC experience preferred.
Lead Field Engineer – Structural
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • 12+ years of structural engineering and construction supervision experience.
  • Strong experience in structural concrete, steel structures, foundations, buildings, bridges, or major infrastructure structures.
  • Experience reviewing shop drawings, method statements, ITPs, material submissions, and structural works.
  • Strong knowledge of international standards and KSA requirements.
Lead Field Engineer – Mechanical
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 12+ years of relevant mechanical construction/supervision experience.
  • Experience with mechanical systems for major infrastructure, buildings, utilities, pumping stations, HVAC, fire protection, or related facilities.
  • Strong experience in contractor supervision, inspections, testing, commissioning, and quality control.
  • KSA/GCC experience preferred.
Lead Field Engineer – Electrical
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 12+ years of relevant electrical engineering/construction supervision experience.
  • Experience with MV/LV systems, substations, power distribution, lighting, electrical utilities, ELV, and infrastructure electrical works.
  • Strong knowledge of testing, commissioning, inspections, drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
  • Experience with major infrastructure projects in KSA/GCC preferred.
Lead Field Engineer – Materials (Electrical)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 10–12+ years of relevant experience in electrical materials inspection, procurement, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Experience reviewing material submittals, technical datasheets, samples, certificates, and compliance documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical cables, switchgear, transformers, lighting equipment, LV/MV equipment, and associated materials.
  • Experience with material approvals and inspection on major infrastructure projects preferred.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or related field.
  • 7–10+ years of relevant experience in wet utilities design.

Survey Engineer
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–10+ years of surveying experience, preferably on major infrastructure/construction projects.
  • Strong experience with total stations, GPS/GNSS, levels, setting-out, topographic surveys, as-built surveys, and construction surveying.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and relevant surveying software.
  • Experience in large-scale road, utilities, and infrastructure projects preferred.
Field Engineer – Structural
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • 7–10+ years of relevant construction supervision experience.
  • Experience supervising structural works including foundations, reinforced concrete, steel structures, and associated infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, inspections, ITPs, method statements, and quality requirements.
  • Experience with major infrastructure projects preferred.
Field Engineer – Landscaping
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 7–10+ years of relevant landscaping/construction supervision experience.
  • Experience with hardscape, softscape, irrigation, planting, streetscape, public realm, and landscape infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape materials, planting specifications, irrigation systems, and site execution.
  • Experience on large-scale urban development or infrastructure projects preferred.
Field Engineer – Electrical
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 7–10+ years of relevant electrical construction/supervision experience.
  • Experience with MV/LV distribution, lighting, electrical utilities, substations, cable installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Ability to review drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.
  • Major infrastructure and KSA/GCC experience preferred.

Eligibility criteria

  • Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
  • GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
  • Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
  • Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with reputed Engineering Consultants in the field or mega infrastructure projects.
  • Candidates must have GCC project supervision experience on infrastructure projects.
  • Candidates should have strong knowledge of international engineering standards, KSA regulations and authority requirements.
  • Experience with reputed engineering consultants or major contractors is highly preferred.
  • A valid KSA driving license is preferred.
  • Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
