Dutco Construction LLC is looking for the following professionals for its Buildings (Towers/Villas) projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

JOB POSITIONS

- Project Manager
- Land Surveyor
- General Foreman
- Store Keeper
- Documents Controller

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Construction Manager:

• UAE/MOFA Attested degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience working as a Construction Manager handling residential projects from tier-1 main construction companies.

Land Surveyor:

• UAE/MOFA Attested degree or Diploma in, Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Land Surveyor from tier-1/tier-2 main contractor or construction company.

General Foreman:

• UAE/MOFA Attested Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as General Foreman in Tower or Villa projects from tier-1/tier-2 main construction companies.

Store Keeper:

• UAE/MOFA Attested Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Storekeeper from tier-1/tier-2 main construction companies.

Documents Controller:

• UAE/MOFA Attested degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Documents Controller from tier-1/tier-2 main construction companies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ensure that Projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
