Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Superintendent:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or equivalent.PMP or equivalent project management certification will be an advantage. Minimum 10 – 12 years of total experience in marine and civil construction projects.Strong experience in dredging, reclamation, quay walls, breakwaters, rock revetment, and marine infrastructure works.
Project Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in marine civil construction projects.Strong experience in planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring of marine works, including reclamation, piling, rock works, and concrete structures.
Site Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in marine and civil construction projects.Strong experience in site supervision, surveying coordination, marine concrete works, and daily progress monitoring.
Marine Supervisor / Foreman:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Civil/Marine Engineering.Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in marine construction projects.
- Strong experience in supervising marine operations, including barges, dredging support, reclamation, and offshore activities.
Rock Work Supervisor / Foreman:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in rockwork and marine protection projects.
- Strong experience in rock placement, grading, filter layers, and heavy equipment coordination.
Civil Foreman:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.Minimum 8 years of experience in civil and marine construction projects.
- Strong experience in supervising concrete works, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Good communication in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Familiar with safety standards and marine site procedures.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
