Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Director:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s Degree preferred).Minimum 18+ years of experience in high-rise hotel, mixed-use tower, or luxury hospitality building projects within the KSA/GGC region.
Technical Director:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in high-rise hotel, mixed-use tower, or luxury hospitality building projects within the KSA/GGC region.
Commercial Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Commercial Management.
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in commercial and contractual management of large-scale high-rise projects within the KSA/GGC region.
BIM Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 8 – 12 years of experience with at least 6 years in BIM management for high-rise building projects within the KSA/GGC region.
HSE Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety (NEBOSH International Diploma/IGC mandatory).
- Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in large-scale high-rise hotel or commercial tower projects. within the KSA/GCC region.
Planning Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. (Expert in Primavera P6).
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in planning and project controls for high-rise hospitality or mixed-use development projects within the KSA/GCC region.
Technical Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in technical management of large-scale high-rise hotel projects within the KSA/GCC region.
Senior QA/QC Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in QA/QC management for high-rise hotel or commercial building projects within the KSA/GCC region.
Lead Survey Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Surveying Engineering or Geomatics.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction surveying works for high-rise construction projects within the KSA/GCC region.
Senior QA/QC Engineer - Architecture:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in architectural QA/QC works for luxury hotel or high-rise building projects within the KSA/GCC region.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates who are fluent in Arabic and English are preferred.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
• Ability to manage technical office teams and coordinate with site teams.
• Proven experience in high-rise (Tower/Hotel) building Construction projects.
• Candidates should have a solid background in project execution, coordination, and site management.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
