East Consulting Engineering Company (ECEC) is hiring for the following positions for their Construction Supervision Projects in Riyadh, Province of Saudi Arabia.

Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. 05 years of experience in a similar project will be an advantage, (Supervision of Cleaning Contractors).
- 05 years of experience in facility management & maintenance is a must. Ability to write reports using PC with full knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
Operation Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. 05 years of experience in a similar project will be an advantage, (Supervision of Cleaning Contractors).
- 05 years of experience in facility management & maintenance is a must.
- Ability to schedule and monitor work.
- Supervising the inspectors in fields.
Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in the Construction Industry. Familiar with design programs such as (AutoCAD, SAP, Revit & ETAB, etc. Plans and analyzes all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the project manager for approval before on-site implementation. Ensures that all completed works comply with approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.
Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 08 years of experience in Design & Supervision background. Plans and analyzes all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the project manager for approval before on-site implementation.
- Ensures that all completed works comply with approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English.
• Must be a Saudi Driving License holder.
• Candidates should have experience in MEP and Infrastructure works.
• Above vacancies are solely for Saudis and Arab Nationals who are kingdom residents.
• Letters of qualification, if any, are sent to guaranteed Saudi Council of Engineers membership.
• Only those residents in the kingdom who have transferable Iqama should apply.
• Must be a Saudi Driving License holder.
• Candidates should have experience in MEP and Infrastructure works.
