• 05 years of experience in a similar project will be an advantage, (Supervision of Cleaning Contractors).
• 05 years of experience in facility management & maintenance is a must.
• Ability to write reports using PC with full knowledge of MS Word & Excel.

Operation Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 05 years of experience in a similar project will be an advantage, (Supervision of Cleaning Contractors).
• 05 years of experience in facility management & maintenance is a must.
• Ability to schedule and monitor work.
• Supervising the inspectors in fields.

Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Construction Industry.
• Familiar with design programs such as (AutoCAD, SAP, Revit & ETAB, etc.
• Plans and analyzes all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the project manager for approval before on-site implementation.
• Ensures that all completed works comply with approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.

Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 08 years of experience in Design & Supervision background.
• Plans and analyzes all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the project manager for approval before on-site implementation.
• Ensures that all completed works comply with approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.
