Qualifications & requirements
Senior Cost Control Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Min. 5–10 years of experience in UAE building and infrastructure projects.
- Must have strong experience in cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, BOQ, valuations, variations, payment certification, and cost reporting.
Senior Contracts Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or related field.
- Min. 5–10 years of UAE experience in building and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, FIDIC, variations, claims, EOT, subcontract management, commercial correspondence, and negotiations.
Senior Technical Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 5–7 years of UAE building and infrastructure project experience.
- Min. 5–7 years experience in technical coordination, shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, method statements, inspections, construction specifications, and resolving site technical issues.
Civil Draftsman
- Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or equivalent.
- Min. 5–7 years of UAE experience in building and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Civil 3D is preferred.
- Experience in civil/structural shop drawings, as-built drawings, roadworks, drainage, utilities, layouts, sections, and construction details.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/UAE experience will be an advantage.
- Experience in large-scale Building & Infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
