Qualifications & requirements
BIM Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination software.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, ISO 19650, clash detection, and 3D model coordination.
- Strong technical coordination and communication skills.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in BIM coordination for building construction projects.
- Previous experience in GCC/KSA construction projects is preferred.
- Proven experience coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP models.
OHS / HSE Officer
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or OSHA certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of Saudi occupational safety regulations and international HSE standards.
- Strong understanding of risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident reporting.
- Minimum 5–7 years of HSE experience in building construction projects.
- Practical experience implementing site safety procedures, conducting toolbox talks, and monitoring compliance.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC construction projects is preferred.
Environmental Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related engineering discipline.

Eligibility criteria
- These opportunities are for national (Saudi) competencies.
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or BIM certifications are preferred.
- Candidates should possess relevant construction project experience and familiarity with applicable Saudi Arabian regulations.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, technical procedures, project coordination, and construction regulations.
- Proven ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and project management teams.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and technical reporting abilities.
