- Site Engineer / Civil
Qualification: BSC. In Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years Experience in Construction in UAE.
- Contracts Administrator
Qualification: BSC. In Civil /Architectural Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Construction.
Responsibilities:
- Sound knowledge in FIDIC.
- Provide interpretation of the terms and provisions of the contract as required.
- Problem-solving contract-related issues.
- Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to contracts.
- Excellent communications Skills.
- Civil Foreman / Finishing Foreman
Qualification: High School/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years Experience in Construction, 5 years in UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Resolve problems when they arise, and monitor labour's work quality
- Report on progress to Managers, Engineers etc.
- To keep clean the workplace after completion of the work.
- To minimize the wastage of materials.
- To finish the daily target given to him by the Site Engineer.
