Gulf Consult Architects and Engineers is seeking to fill vacancies for Building Project Supervision in the Eastern Region of KSA.

POSITIONS

- Project Manager – Civil
- Civil Engineer
- Sr. Architectural Site Engineer
- Construction Inspector – Architectural

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent, and PMP Certification.
• 10 – 15 years of experience in the supervision of building projects in consultancy and engineering backgrounds within the KSA region.

Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7 – 10 years of experience in the supervision of building projects in consultancy and engineering backgrounds within the KSA region.

Sr. Architectural Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7 – 10 years of experience in the supervision of building projects in consultancy and engineering backgrounds within the KSA region.

Construction Inspector – Architecture:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5 – 7 years of experience in the supervision of building projects in consultancy and engineering backgrounds within the KSA region.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Emails without attachments of CV and Job Title will not be entertained.
• CVs will not be entertained that do not have a requirement and the required function.
• Candidates must have consultancy experience in a residential building construction project.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
