• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction of Infrastructure projects, with extensive experience in dealing with local authorities in Abu Dhabi (minimum 5 years).

Project Director:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in the management of the design work and construction activities, completing the project within the budgeted schedule and cost.

Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, and PMP Certified.
• Minimum 10 – 12 or more years of experience working on complex projects end-to-end within the Construction field within UAE. 

Project Manager – Infrastructure:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, and PMP Certified. 
• Minimum 5 – 7 or more years of experience working on complex projects end-to-end within the Construction field within UAE.

Design Manager – Villas:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience coupled with at least 5 years of experience working in a design management position for a consultancy or design firm from inception to completion.

HSE Manager – High-rise:

• Bachelor’s degree in the health, safety & environmental field, and IOSH/NEBOSH/Level-6 Certified. 
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the health, safety, and environmental field within the UAE.

Construction Manager – Marine:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction of Marine projects, which includes elements of ground improvement, with extensive experience in dealing with local authorities in Abu Dhabi (minimum 5 years).

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a similar field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in cost estimating and cost control requirements for variations are incorporated in the tender specification documents.

Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a similar field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cost estimating and cost control requirements for variations are incorporated in the tender specification documents.

CAD Operator:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or relevant.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in CAD drafting and BIM modelling within the UAE.
