Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Procurement Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Procurement Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in building projects.
Architect:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in building projects.
Land Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil / Survey Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in building projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Experience with residential and commercial building projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
