Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience in large-scale residential, mixed-use, or commercial high-rise projects.
Project Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in large-scale residential, mixed-use, or commercial high-rise projects.
Site Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in large-scale residential, mixed-use, or commercial high-rise projects.
Land Surveyor:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil / Survey Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in large-scale residential, mixed-use, or commercial high-rise projects.
Assistant Land Surveyor:
- ITI or Diploma in Civil / Survey Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience in large-scale residential, mixed-use, or commercial high-rise projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must be UAE Driving License holders.
• Candidates with prior UAE or GCC experience will be given strong preference.
• Candidates must have proven experience in High-rise building projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
• Candidates must be UAE Driving License holders.
