Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Mid-rise & High-rise building projects.
Senior Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Mid-rise & High-rise building projects.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Mid-rise & High-rise building projects.
QA/QC Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Mid-rise & High-rise building Fit-out projects.
HSE Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university, and IOSH/NEBOSH Certification.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Mid-rise & High-rise building projects.
Junior Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Mid-rise & High-rise building projects.
Foreman - Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Finishing:
- ITI/Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Mid-rise & High-rise building projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Experience with high-rise residential, commercial, mid-rise & high-rise building projects.
• Government approvals such as DM / DDA / Trakhees (mandatory for relevant roles), and immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Experience with high-rise residential, commercial, mid-rise & high-rise building projects.
• Government approvals such as DM / DDA / Trakhees (mandatory for relevant roles), and immediate joiners are highly preferred.
