About the company
Jouzy Consulting Engineers, established in Dubai in 1966, provides engineering design and construction supervision services across building and infrastructure projects in the UAE. We are looking for experienced inspectors to join our site supervision team for a high-rise towers project.
Qualifications & requirements
Civil Inspector
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise building projects within a consultancy background.
- Inspect civil site works against approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements; check materials and installations, record inspection findings and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contractors and the supervision team to resolve site issues, and support testing, snagging and handover activities.
- Good knowledge of relevant building systems, construction methods and UAE authority requirements; ability to read drawings and prepare clear inspection reports.
Electrical Inspector
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise building projects within a consultancy background.
- Inspect electrical site works against approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements; check materials and installations, record inspection findings and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contractors and the supervision team to resolve site issues, and support testing, snagging and handover activities.
- Good knowledge of relevant building systems, construction methods and UAE authority requirements; ability to read drawings and prepare clear inspection reports.
Mechanical Inspector
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise building projects within a consultancy background.
- Inspect mechanical site works against approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements; check materials and installations, record inspection findings and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contractors and the supervision team to resolve site issues, and support testing, snagging and handover activities.
- Good knowledge of relevant building systems, construction methods and UAE authority requirements; ability to read drawings and prepare clear inspection reports.
Eligibility criteria
- Good communication in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- GCC/UAE experience will be an advantage.
- Experience in high-rise towers and building projects.
- Working knowledge of Dubai authority standards, building codes, and site documentation practices.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
