Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 7 - 10 years of UAE experience in the Construction field.

Project Engineer:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 7 - 10 years of UAE experience in the Construction field.

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. 
• Minimum 7 - 10 years of UAE experience in the Construction field.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a similar field.
• At least 5 - 7 years of experience working for a high-end residential interior fit-out, construction, Infrastructure, and industrial as a Quantity Surveyor, or similar role.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, or a similar field.
• At least 5 - 7 years of experience in the Construction industry as a Documents Controller. 

Draftsman:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5  years of experience working for a high-end residential interior fit-out, construction, and Infrastructure.

General Foreman:

• High School or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in high-end residential interior fit-out, construction, and Infrastructure.

• Must be fluent in Reading & Spoken English or Arabic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates should have experience in Infrastructure and high-end residential Works. 
• Candidates should have experience in Software AutoCAD & MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
