Project Engineer:• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 05 or more years of experience in Infrastructure works (Roads, Utilities) within the UAE and precisely in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor the daily site works with the supervisors and ensure safe work is maintained all the time.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Infrastructure projects in the UAE ( Road works, Utilities, structures. etc.)
• Has previous experience with Road traffic management and diversions within Dubai PTA’s Roads and is familiar with RTA requirements.
• Has previous experience with dealing with Authorities (such as DEWA, ETC, RTA, DU, Empowers. etc.) for Existing utility site verification.
• Interacting and Coordinating with all project stockholders (Client, Consultant, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Labs. etc.) to achieve the project completed within the approved schedule.
• Preparing project schedule, controlling, and monitoring the project schedule, and ensuring the work is completed on time.
• Ensuring the work at the site is performed within the required quality as per the project specifications, Shop drawings, and Construction standards in the UAE.
• Coordinating with the Consultant for work inspections.
• Ensure the work is done within the project-assigned budget monitor the cost on a daily and weekly basis and work with the project planning Engineer to update the program on a weekly/Bi-weekly basis as per the Client’s requirements.
• Prepare and submit the daily and weekly reports as per the requirements of the Client.
QA/QC Engineer:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 05 or more years of experience in Infrastructure works (Roads, Utilities) within the UAE and precisely in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for PFIs and overall comprehension of Project requirements by 6evelopAng sc technical submittals.
• Analyze design drawings and supervise drafting resources to produce detailed construction plans.
• Development and execution of Project quality plans.
• Preparation of Inspection Test Plans and Checklists for individual activities.
• Monitor and Control activities concerning Project schedule and Quality plan.
• Review and approval of material submittals.
• Inspection of materials before use to ensure quality compliance.
• Coordination with 3rd party testing companies for testing as per the Project quality plan.
• Monitoring and inspecting site works to ensure compliance with approved methodologies and specifications.
• Develop method statements including risk assessments and job safety environmental analysis and compilation and execution of overall Project HSE plan.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure Project progress and facilitate approvals prior to commencing works and at the closeout stage (submittals & inspections).
• Planning, execution, and management for Project closeout and handover process which includes Testing & Commissioning, De-snagging, O&M Manual compilation and reviews, end-user training, necessary authority approvals, and ancillary documentation for handover to 3rd party operations contractor and/or client.
