Qualifications & requirements
Project Engineer
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–6 years of GCC experience, preferably in industrial and construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, construction planning, coordination, QA/QC, and project documentation.
- UAE experience and immediate availability preferred.
HSE Engineer
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant Engineering discipline.
- 5–6 years of GCC experience in HSE, preferably on industrial/construction projects.
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessments, toolbox talks, inspections, and UAE safety requirements.
Quantity Surveyor – Pre-Contract
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 5–6 years of GCC experience in pre-contract quantity surveying.
- Experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, estimation, tender documentation, rate analysis, and cost planning.
- Industrial-project experience preferred.
Quantity Surveyor – Post-Contract
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 5–6 years of GCC experience in post-contract quantity surveying.
- Strong experience in interim valuations, variations, claims, subcontractor payments, cost control, and final accounts.
- Industrial-project experience preferred.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Candidates with previous UAE experience will be preferred.
- Experience in large-scale industrial and construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Strong understanding of construction practices, project documentation, planning, cost control, and site coordination relevant to the applied position.
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
- UAE Engineering License preferred for Engineer’s positions.
