A Real Estate Development Company is hiring qualified Saudi Nationals to join our Projects & Technical Department in Riyadh.

- Technical Officer Manager
- Cost Control Engineer
- Planning Engineer
- Safety Engineer
- Civil Engineer
- MEP Engineer
- Architect
- QA/QC Inspector
- Documents Controller

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Technical Office Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or related field.
• 8 – 10 years of experience in construction or real estate development projects.
• Strong background in technical office management, shop drawings, coordination, and project documentation

Cost Control Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 5 – 7 years of experience in cost control and budgeting for building projects.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field, (Primavera P6).
• 5 – 7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for building projects.

Safety Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety, and NEBOSH / OSHA or equivalent safety certifications.
• 5 – 7 years of experience in construction safety management for building projects.

Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5 – 7 years of experience in site supervision & execution for residential and commercial building projects.

MEP Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5 – 7 years of experience in MEP systems for building projects.

Architect:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• 5 – 7 years of experience in architectural design and site coordination for building projects.

Documents Controller:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5 years of experience in document control within construction projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong technical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with international codes, standards, and modern construction practices.
• Candidates must have proven experience in residential & commercial building projects.
• Open exclusively to Saudi Nationals with relevant qualifications and proven experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
