Qualifications & requirements
Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 15 – 20 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, with strong expertise in roads and utilities supervision, contract administration, Primavera oversight, project coordination, and liaison with relevant authorities.
- Engineering consultancy and KSA/GCC project experience is preferred.
Senior Civil Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 12 – 15 years of experience in infrastructure and civil engineering projects, with proven expertise in roads, utilities, stormwater networks, grading works, QA/QC procedures, technical reviews, and method statements.
- Strong construction supervision and consultancy experience is required.
Utilities / MEP Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant Engineering discipline.
- 10 – 15 years of experience in infrastructure utility projects, with strong knowledge of wet and dry utilities, pumping systems, electrical networks, testing & commissioning (T&C), utility coordination, and authority approvals/coordination.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 12 – 15 years of experience in infrastructure and civil projects, with proven expertise in re-measurement, variations, cost control, quantity verification, interim payment assessment, and payment certification.
- Strong contract administration knowledge is preferred.
Land Surveyor
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 – 10 years of infrastructure surveying experience, with strong expertise in setting out, as-built verification, establishment and maintenance of control points, level control, and infrastructure surveying works.
- Proficiency in modern surveying equipment and relevant software is required.
HSE Officer / Inspector
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline. NEBOSH certification is required.
- 8 – 10 years of HSE experience in infrastructure or construction projects, with strong expertise in site safety inspections, HSE audits, risk assessments, safety reporting, and compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and Civil Defense requirements.
Documents Controller
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Document Management, Information Management, or a related discipline.
- 5 – 10 years of document control experience within engineering consultancy, infrastructure, or construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in Aconex, ISO-compliant documentation, document logs, registers, transmittals, submittals, and workflow control is required.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Familiar with international design codes and the Saudi Building Code.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Candidates should have a strong engineering consultancy and infrastructure supervision background, preferably with KSA/GCC project experience.
- Excellent technical, coordination, communication, reporting, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills are required.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
