Qualifications & requirements
Construction Manager – Civil
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. PMP/PRINCE2 is an advantage.
- Minimum 10–15 years, including significant UAE experience with reputable main contractors.
- High-rise, mid-rise, residential and commercial building projects; overall site management, subcontractor coordination, planning, quality, HSE and project delivery.
Site Technical Manager – Civil
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years in UAE construction projects.
- Technical site management, shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, material approvals, consultant coordination, inspections and resolving technical/construction issues.
Senior Planning Manager – Civil
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years, including substantial UAE experience.
- Planning and scheduling of major building projects, baseline programmes, progress monitoring, recovery programmes, resource planning, delay analysis and reporting.
- Strong Primavera P6 knowledge required.
Project HSE Manager – Civil
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or related field; NEBOSH/IOSH certifications preferred/required according to project requirements.
- Minimum 10–15 years, including UAE construction experience.
- HSE management for major building projects, risk assessments, audits, inspections, toolbox talks, incident investigation and implementation of UAE HSE requirements.
Senior Technical Engineer – Civil
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years, with strong UAE building construction experience.
- Shop drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, method statements, site inspections, construction details and coordination with consultants and subcontractors.
Senior Architect – Civil
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering; professional registration is an advantage.
- Minimum 8–12 years, including UAE experience.
- High-rise, residential and commercial buildings; architectural coordination, shop drawings, finishes, design review, consultant coordination and site supervision.
Senior Planning Engineer – Civil
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5–10 years, preferably UAE main-contractor experience.
- Primavera P6 scheduling, progress updates, look-ahead programmes, resource loading, productivity monitoring, S-curves and project reporting.
Senior HSE Officer – Civil
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Occupational Health & Safety, Civil Engineering or related discipline; NEBOSH/IOSH preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years in UAE construction projects.
- Site safety inspections, risk assessments, toolbox meetings, PTW, incident reporting, emergency procedures and monitoring contractor compliance.
Procurement Engineer – Civil
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 5–10 years, preferably with UAE construction companies.
- Procurement of construction materials, supplier evaluation, RFQs, technical/commercial comparisons, purchase orders, material submittals, vendor coordination and delivery tracking.
Project Engineer – Civil
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5–10 years, including UAE building construction experience.
- Site execution, construction supervision, subcontractor coordination, drawings, material inspections, method statements, quality control and progress monitoring.
Senior Site Engineer – Civil
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7–10 years, with UAE experience preferred.
- Site execution of structural and architectural works, drawings, setting out, inspections, subcontractor supervision, quality control and coordination with consultants.
Cost Control Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years, preferably UAE construction experience.
- Budget monitoring, BOQ, cost forecasting, valuations, variations, interim payments, subcontractor accounts, cost reports and commercial documentation.
General Foreman – Civil
- Diploma/technical qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent trade qualification.
- Minimum 8–12 years, including UAE building construction experience.
- Supervising civil works, manpower, subcontractors, concrete, blockwork, plastering, finishing and other site activities while ensuring quality and productivity.
MEP Coordinator
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 7–12 years, preferably with UAE building projects.
- Coordination of MEP services with architectural and structural works, shop drawings, builders work, clashes, inspections, material submittals and coordination between MEP contractors and project teams.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates should have good English communication, technical reporting and documentation skills.
- GCC/UAE experience will be an advantage.
- Experience should be relevant to high-rise, mid-rise, residential, commercial or mixed-use construction projects, depending on the position.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, project specifications, HSE requirements and applicable authority regulations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates should submit an updated CV clearly mentioning UAE project experience, project type, employer, position, duration and relevant responsibilities.
