Pillixy Contracting LLC is currently hiring Engineering background professional for their ongoing project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
POSITIONS 

    • Technical Engineer (Infrastructure & Road Works)

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must have minimum of 6 – 8 years of experience as Senior Estimation Engineer in the UAE.
Job Description:
• Must have strong background on various infrastructure projects including road projects, utilities, sewerage, and pipelines.
• Must be able to use AutoCAD, Excel and Word programs.
• Leads tender team in reviewing and interpreting tender documents – Extracts actual quantities from the tender drawings and compares them with those in the BOQs and report discrepancies. 

    • Infrastructure Engineer  

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum (3) Years experience in similar role with (Roads and Infrastructure Company).
Job Description:
• A methodical approach, commendable analytical abilities and attention to details.
• Acting as the main technical adviser on site for subcontractors, foremen and crafts people.
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design and specification.
• Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Liaising with consultants and their representatives (engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.

    • Civil Engineer 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum (3) Years experience in similar role with (Roads and Infrastructure Company).
Job Description:
• Acting as the main technical adviser on site for subcontractors, foremen and crafts people.
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design and specification.
• Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
• Preparing reports as required.
