Project Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and PMP Certified. 
Minimum 12+ years of experience in managing projects from planning to handover, controlling time/cost/quality.

Engineering Expert:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and PMP Certified. 
• Minimum 15+ years of UAE experience in technical leadership, design review/approval, and compliance assurance.

Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
•  Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in Site supervision, inspections, submissions review, and reporting.

Safety Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, and IOSH/NEBOSH Certified. 
•  Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in HSE implementation, inspections, risk assessments, and safety reporting.

Survey Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil / Survey Engineering or a related field.
•  Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in Land & construction surveys, site measurements, reporting, and coordinate verification.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
 Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in Project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel (experience in MS Project is a plus).

Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in electrical drawings review, site supervision, and standards compliance.

Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in HVAC, firefighting & plumbing supervision (installation, testing, commissioning).

Architectural Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in Design/shop drawing review, site supervision, and coordination.

Structural Design Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of practical experience in RC & steel design, calculations, drawings, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Architectural Design Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of practical experience in Architectural drawings (concept to detailed design), coordination & authority submissions.

Draftsman:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil / Drafting / CAD or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Shop drawings & as-built updates, coordination, drawing records.

• Must be fluent in Reading AND Spoken English or Arabic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in reviewing and providing feedback on the work of junior engineers.
• Candidates should have experience in Building / Industrial projects.
• Possession of a valid SEC Certificate is mandatory for this position.
• Candidates must be available in the KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
