📋 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
🔹 Architect Engineer
+
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Strong experience in architectural and finishing works.
- Ability to review drawings, supervise site activities, and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
🔹 Site Engineer
+
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Strong experience in architectural and finishing works.
- Ability to supervise site activities and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
- GCC/KSA experience is preferred.
🔹 Quantity Surveyor
+
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost control.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, rates, and market pricing.
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- GCC/KSA experience is preferred.
🔹 Architecture Inspector
+
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supervising construction and finishing works.
- Ability to monitor progress, maintain site records, and ensure timely completion of works.
- Experience in commercial, residential, and fit-out projects is preferred.

- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership is preferred.
- Must have hands-on experience in Building & Finishing Construction projects.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
