ICAD Company is seeking experienced and motivated professionals for an upcoming Fit-Out Project in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- Design Manager

- Senior Architect
- Senior Quantity Surveyor – Fit-Out
- Procurement Coordinator
- Technical Coordinator

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related Engineering discipline. PMP certification will be an added advantage.
•Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects within GCC/KSA.
• Strong experience in project planning, client coordination, contract administration, stakeholder management, and supervision of multidisciplinary teams.

Design Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in design management of interior fit-out and architectural projects within GCC/KSA.
• Proven expertise in design coordination, authority approvals, technical reviews, and multidisciplinary integration.

HSE Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety. NEBOSH / IOSH certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment management for construction and fit-out projects within GCC/KSA.

Planning Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Certification in Primavera P6 is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for fit-out and construction projects within GCC/KSA.
• Expertise in Primavera P6, project monitoring, delay analysis, resource planning, progress reporting, and recovery schedules.

Senior Architect:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in architectural design of fit-out projects within GCC/KSA.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design software is required.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost management of fit-out projects within GCC/KSA.
• Expertise in BOQ preparation, tender evaluation, cost estimation, variation claims, contract administration, and project cost control.

Technical Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in technical coordination for fit-out projects within GCC/KSA.
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, technical documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must be a valid (Transferable) Iqama holder.
• GCC/KSA consultancy experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates are necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• GCC/KSA project experience with strong knowledge of international design standards and Saudi regulations is preferred.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
