Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, and PMP Certification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.
Technical Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, and PMP Certification. Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction projects within the UAE region. Proven track record managing design coordination, technical approvals, and site execution.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.
Electrical / Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.
QA/QC Engineer - Civil:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in a QA/QC role for building construction projects within the UAE region.
MEP Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in the MEP Coordination role for building construction projects within the UAE region
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• UAE Engineering License preferred for Engineer’s positions.
• Candidates should have experience in Residential Building projects.
• Only candidates with relevant experience and who are available in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
