GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE construction industry.

Technical Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Technical Manager in the UAE construction industry.

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a similar field, and PMP Certified.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the UAE construction industry.

HSE Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in the UAE construction industry.

QA/QC Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a QA/QC Manager in the UAE construction industry.

Sr. / Jr. Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a similar field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost control, and procurement processes in the UAE.

Sr. / Jr. Cost Control Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction quantity surveying, cost control, and procurement processes in the UAE.

Sr. / Jr. Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of construction planning experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE.

Sr. / Jr. Procurement Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Procurement Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement processes, contract law, and supply chain management in the UAE.

Architectural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE.

Project Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE.

HSE Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in the UAE construction industry.

Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE.

Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE.

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE.

Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE.

QA/QC Inspector:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE.

Land Surveyor:

• Diploma in Civil / Survey Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE.

Draftsman (Civil / MEP):

• Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE.

Civil Foreman:

• ITI, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE.

QA/QC Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or a similar field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous UAE experience with large-scale projects (High Rise) is Mandatory.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
