GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university, and PMP Certification.
• 15 – 20 years of experience in mega infrastructure road and bridge projects within the GCC/KSA region.

Construction Manager – Roads / Structure:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management from an accredited university.
• 10 – 15 years of experience in mega infrastructure road and bridge projects within the GCC/KSA region.

Technical Design Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10 – 15 years of experience in large-scale roadworks, bridges, and infrastructure design projects within the GCC/KSA region.

Senior Design Manager – Civil / Architectural / Structural:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural / Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10 – 12 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure / bridges /interchanges / highways / buildings projects within the GCC/KSA region.

Survey Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering / Geomatics / Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10 – 12 years of experience in large-scale road, bridges, interchanges, and utilities corridor projects within the GCC/KSA region.

Contracts Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
• 10 – 12 years of experience in large-scale mega infrastructure/highways/bridges/interchanges projects within the GCC/KSA region.

QA/QC Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10 – 12 years of experience as QA/QC in large-scale mega infrastructure / highways / bridges/interchanges projects within the GCC/KSA region.

Project Control Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management from an accredited university.
• 10 – 12 years of experience in large-scale mega infrastructure/highways/bridges/interchanges projects within the GCC/KSA region.

Cost Control Chief:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
• 10 – 12 years of experience in large-scale mega infrastructure/highways/bridges/interchanges projects within the GCC/KSA region.
• Strong background in budget management, forecasting, and cost reporting systems.

Quantity Surveyor Chief:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
• 8 – 10 years of experience in large-scale mega infrastructure/highways/bridges/interchanges projects within the GCC/KSA region.
• Strong experience managing measurement, variations, claims support, and subcontract administration.

Chief Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering / Geomatics / Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 8 – 10 years of experience in large-scale road, bridges, interchanges, and utilities corridor projects within the GCC/KSA region.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent in the English language (spoken and written).
• Applicants must be inside KSA only and have a transferable Iqama.
• Must have experience only in the infrastructure, highways, bridges & interchanges projects.
• Candidates must have previous GCC/KSA countries experience, especially in Saudi Arabia.
• Candidates must be available in Saudi Arabia and can join immediately.
