RATLS Contracting LLC is Hiring for the following positions for their ongoing Construction project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

POSITIONS

- QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- CIVIL FOREMAN

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4 – 6 Years’ experience as Civil Foreman in construction.

Responsibilities:

– Knowledgeable about Tendering procedures.
– In-depth knowledge of Construction procedures.

Civil Foreman:

• High School diploma or diploma in a skilled trade.
• 2 – 3 Years’ experience as a Civil Foreman in construction.

Responsibilities:

– Coordinating Construction Works according to priorities and plans.
– In-depth knowledge of Construction procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be fluent in Reading & Spoken English or Arabic.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Good physical condition.
• Ability to communicate and report effectively.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
