Qualifications & requirements
Planning Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in a discipline relevant to the projects.
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in project planning and monitoring, preferably with major contracting companies.
- Skilled in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Able to build project schedules, track percentage complete and analyse schedule deviations.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, working closely with project managers and other departments.
- Role: prepare and review schedules in line with contracts and execution plans, compare actual progress with the plan, analyse delays and propose corrective action.
- Role: weekly and monthly progress reports and KPIs, critical path monitoring, recovery plans, and review of subcontractor schedules.
Civil / Architectural Draftsman
- Technical Diploma in Civil or Architectural Drafting, or an equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in civil or architectural drafting, preferably with contracting companies.
- Skilled in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and BIM basics is preferred.
- Role: prepare civil or architectural drawings to the approved design and specifications, and detailed shop drawings for site work.
- Role: check drawings against technical requirements and engineer and consultant comments, and keep as-built drawings up to date.

- Priority will be given to Kuwaiti nationals and candidates currently living in Kuwait.
- Non-Kuwaiti applicants must hold a valid, transferable residency permit.

- Relevant qualifications and professional experience are mandatory.
- Experience with construction or contracting companies is required.
