GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Site Technical Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 12 – 15 years of relevant UAE experience in technical coordination, design review for medium- and high-end building construction projects.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
• 8 – 10 years of UAE experience in cost control, BOQ preparation, variation claims, subcontract management, and final accounts for building projects.

Planning Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 12 – 15 years of experience in planning and project controls for UAE high-rise building projects.

MEP Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 12 – 15 years of UAE experience in managing MEP works for high-rise building projects.

QA/QC Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10 – 15 years of UAE experience in developing quality plans, overseeing inspections, and ensuring compliance for high-rise building projects.

Senior Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10 – 12 years of relevant UAE experience in structural design, coordination, and supervision for medium- and high-end building construction projects.

Senior Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10 – 12 years of UAE experience in planning and scheduling for high-rise building projects.

Project Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 8 – 10 years of UAE experience in managing site execution, coordination, and project delivery for medium- and high-end building construction projects.

Technical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 8 – 10 years of UAE experience in technical coordination and design review for high-rise building projects.

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 8 – 10 years of UAE experience in overseeing inspections and ensuring compliance for high-rise building projects.

Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 5 – 8 years of UAE site experience in supervising construction activities for medium- and high-end building projects, ensuring quality and compliance.

MEP Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 5 – 10 years’ UAE experience in coordinating MEP services for high-rise building projects.

Technical Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
• 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in coordinating shop drawings, design submittals, and approvals for high-rise building projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates should have experience in High-rise and mid-rise Building Construction projects.
• Only candidates with relevant experience and available in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
