Saud Consult, a leading multi-disciplinary engineering and architectural consulting firm, is pleased to invite qualified professionals to join our team. Saud Consult is urgently hiring a specialized team for a prestigious heritage and mud-brick (earthen) buildings restoration project. We are seeking experienced professionals who have worked on the restoration of historical and traditional mud buildings.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Technical Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering or equivalent, and PMP Certified.
• 18+ years of experience in large-scale resort and hotel projects within a consultancy background.

Urban Design Consultant:

• Master’s degree in Urban Design, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 16+ years of experience in urban design projects within a consultancy background.

Sr. Cost Control Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• 12 – 15 years of experience in project cost control and cost estimation within a consultancy background.

Architect Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of working experience in heritage and traditional mud-brick building restoration projects.

Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of working experience in heritage and traditional mud-brick building restoration projects.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of working experience in detailed project scheduling using Primavera within a consultancy background.

Contract Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Contract Management, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of working experience in contract management within a consultancy background.

Civil Inspector:

• Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of working experience in heritage and traditional mud-brick building restoration projects.

Architectural Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of working experience in heritage and traditional mud-brick building restoration projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Candidates must be valid (Transferable) Iqama holders.
• Candidates are necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Candidates must have relevant experience in the same role in a Consultancy Engineering Firm.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
