Qualifications & requirements
Project Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 20–25 years of total experience, including a minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager on large-scale MEP projects in GCC/UAE.
- Experience in high-rise, villa, hospital, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- PMP certification preferred.
Construction Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 15–20 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Construction Manager in the GCC.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, resource planning, subcontractor management, QA/QC, safety, and project delivery.
Procurement Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 15–20 years of procurement experience with a minimum of 5 years in the GCC handling MEP materials, vendor management, contract negotiations and project procurement.
QA/QC Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 18–20 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years as QA/QC Manager in GCC MEP projects.
- Well-versed in ISO standards, inspection procedures, testing & commissioning, and quality management systems.
Senior Planning Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 10 – 12 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years as a Senior Planning Engineer in the GCC.
- Expertise in Primavera P6, project scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, and reporting.
Engineering Coordinator - Electrical
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 12+ years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years as MEP Engineering Coordinator in GCC.
- Strong coordination skills with consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
Engineering Coordinator - Plumbing
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 12+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years as an MEP Engineering Coordinator in GCC.
- Experience in plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and utility coordination.
Estimation Engineer - Mechanical
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 7+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in MEP estimation within GCC.
- Proficient in quantity take-off, cost estimation, tender preparation, and value engineering.
Project Engineer - HVAC
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 12+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Project Engineer on HVAC systems in GCC MEP projects.
- Experience in installation, testing & commissioning, and project coordination.
QA/QC Engineer - Electrical
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 5 – 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in the GCC.
- Experience in inspection, testing, quality documentation, and compliance with project specifications.
QA/QC Engineer - Mechanical
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 5 – 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in the GCC.
- Experience in MEP quality inspections, material approvals, testing & commissioning, and QA/QC documentation.
HSE Engineer - MEP
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Safety Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience with a minimum of 4 years in the GCC.
- NEBOSH IGC mandatory; OSHA certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety management.
Site Engineer - HVAC
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 5 – 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in the GCC.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC installation, ducting, chilled water systems, testing & commissioning, and site supervision.
Site Engineer - Electrical
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 5 – 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in the GCC.
- Experience in power, lighting, ELV systems, cable installation, testing & commissioning, and site execution.
Site Engineer - Mechanical
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 5 – 8 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in GCC handling plumbing, firefighting and mechanical systems installation.
Eligibility criteria
- Excellent organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- GCC/UAE project experience is highly desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge and relevant project experience.
- Experience in High-Rise, Villa, Hospital, commercial, and Mixed-Use Projects is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project teams and meet project deadlines.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
