Qualifications & requirements
Site Engineer – Steel Structure
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 7–10 years in steel structure construction projects.
- Experience in steel erection, fabrication, installation and site supervision.
QC Engineer – Steel Structure
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5–10 years in quality control of steel structure projects.
- Knowledge of welding inspections, NDT, WPS/PQR and structural steel quality standards.
Foreman – Steel Structure
- Technical Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical certification.
- Minimum 7–10 years in structural steel erection and construction supervision.
- Practical experience supervising steel erection, bolting, alignment and installation.
Document Controller
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years in construction or engineering projects.
- Experience managing drawings, submittals, RFIs, correspondence and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic document management systems.
- Familiarity with Aconex, SharePoint or similar document control platforms.
Project Controller
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7–10 years in construction project controls.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and cost control.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel.
Land Surveyor
- Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Geomatics or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5–10 years in construction and structural steel projects.
- Proficiency in Total Station, Auto Level, GNSS/GPS and AutoCAD.
- Experience in structural grid setting-out, anchor bolt positioning, elevation control and steel column alignment.
Safety Officer
- Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–10 years in construction and steel structure projects.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent recognized safety certification preferred.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred; candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia with valid residency and work authorization will be preferred.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred for engineering positions.
- Relevant experience in steel structure or major construction projects.
- Previous experience in structural steel fabrication, erection, installation, construction supervision or project support activities will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Good communication, teamwork, coordination and reporting skills.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
