Sobha Constructions LLC is hiring professionals for its ongoing projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Senior Technical Coordinator
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
Experience: 7 – 10 years of experience, preferably experienced with Main Engineering Contractors in UAE.
- Technical Coordinator
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
Experience: 5 – 7 years of experience, preferably experienced with Main Engineering Contractors in UAE.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing the IFC documents from Consultant — Follow up against schedules, technical review, raise RFI’s, and Issue to the Project team in time.
• Managing the Technical Submissions by all Subcontractors — Kick-off Meetings, follow up against schedules, technical review, obtain approvals from the Consultant, and issue to the Project team in time.
• Progress/Technical meetings with all stakeholders and documentation for the HO Technical Management team.
• Technical contributions to Innovation and Technology.
