Trojan General Contracting Company is currently looking for qualified and experienced individuals for our Roads, Utilities and Infrastructure projects in UAE.
Qualifications & requirements
Project Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, with a UAE Equivalency Certificate.
- 15+ years of experience in Roads, Dry & Wet Utilities, and Infrastructure projects in the GCC/UAE region, including 5+ years in project management and leadership roles.
Construction Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline, with a UAE Equivalency Certificate.
- 15+ years of experience in Roads, Infrastructure, Underground Utilities, Earthworks, and Construction Management projects in the GCC/UAE region, including extensive experience in site execution and supervision.
Technical Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline, with a UAE Equivalency Certificate.
- 15+ years of experience in technical management, engineering design coordination, shop drawings, method statements, and Roads, Dry & Wet Utilities Infrastructure projects in the GCC/UAE region.
QA/QC Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with a UAE Equivalency Certificate.
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for Roads, Dry & Wet Utilities, and Infrastructure projects in the GCC/UAE region, including ITPs, material inspections, NCR management, and compliance with project specifications.
QA/QC Inspector
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with a UAE Equivalency Certificate.
- 10+ years of experience in site quality inspections, roadworks, asphalt paving, underground utilities, pipeline installations, and infrastructure construction projects in the GCC/UAE region.
Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, with a UAE Equivalency Certificate.
- 10+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, interim payment certificates, variation orders, and contract administration for Roads, Dry & Wet Utilities, and Infrastructure projects in the GCC/UAE region.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/UAE experience will be an advantage.
- Previous experience working on GCC/UAE infrastructure and construction projects.
- Experience handling projects under Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, engineering standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
- Excellent technical, communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
