UCC Holding is hiring qualified Saudi Nationals for construction and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia under its Saudization recruitment program.
Qualifications & requirements
Civil Site Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building construction, civil works, infrastructure development, site supervision, and project execution in Saudi Arabia.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, site inspections, quality standards, and project specifications.
Mechanical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in mechanical installations, HVAC systems, plumbing, firefighting systems, and MEP works for building and infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with mechanical drawings, equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and applicable Saudi engineering standards.
HSE Officer
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction site safety, hazard identification, risk assessments, safety inspections, and HSE compliance.
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or OSHA certification preferred.
Civil Technician
- Technical Diploma or Certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in civil construction, site measurements, concrete works, reinforcement inspections, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, assist site engineers, and monitor construction activities.
Surveyor
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in land surveying, topographic surveys, construction setting-out, leveling, and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Total Station, GPS/GNSS, AutoCAD, and surveying data processing.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred for engineering positions.
- Saudi Nationals only (Saudization recruitment).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Diploma, or professional certification according to the position.
- Good understanding of construction procedures, engineering standards, site coordination, and safety requirements.
- Strong communication, teamwork, technical reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
