Qualifications & requirements
Construction Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 15 years as a Construction Manager on major construction projects.
- Proven experience with large-scale mixed-use and major capital projects valued at QAR 100M+.
- Minimum 10 years of Arabian Gulf experience, preferably in Qatar.
Project Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- PMP certification is preferred/required.
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 10 years as a Project Manager with a reputable contracting company.
- Proven experience managing large-scale mixed-use and major capital projects valued at QAR 100M+.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Arabian Gulf, preferably Qatar.
Project Engineer (Civil & Architectural)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification hands-on experience in on-site construction works (QR 100M+) of similar high-quality diversity.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Arabian Gulf region on-site construction activities.
Technical Engineer (Civil & Architectural)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant engineering experience in construction projects.
- Minimum 5 years of Arabian Gulf experience, preferably in Qatar.
- Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use, commercial, residential, or major capital projects.
Sr. Site Supervisor (Civil & Structural)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification hands-on experience in on-site supervision of projects (QR 100M+) of similar high-quality diversity.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Arabian Gulf region in site supervision activities.
Sr. Site Supervisor (Geotechnical & Environmental)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Geotechnical / Environmental Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification hands-on experience in on-site supervision of projects (QR 100M+) of similar high-quality diversity.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Arabian Gulf region in site supervision activities.
Safety Officer
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- NEBOSH IGC certification is required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HSE/Safety, preferably in large-scale civil and construction projects.
Male Nurse
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in construction, industrial, or occupational health settings.
- Previous experience in Qatar/GCC is preferred.
- Experience handling workplace injuries, first aid, medical emergencies, health assessments, and maintaining medical records.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution.
- Candidates with proven experience on large-scale mixed-use energy project developments in Doha, Qatar locations should be prioritized.
- Experience with major developers, consultants, EPC organizations, or Tier-1 contractors is an added advantage.
- Candidates must be available in the QATAR / Locally and able to join immediately.
