Al-Barary Aluminium & Glass LLC is actively seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

POSITIONS

- Contracts Manager
- Planning Engineer
- QA / QC Engineer
- Sr. Quantity Surveyor
- Land Surveyor
- Asst. Land Surveyor
- Documents Controller

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Contracts Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 – 6 years of UAE experience in aluminum and glass façade projects for high-rise and mid-rise building projects in the UAE.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 – 6 years of UAE experience in planning and scheduling aluminum and glass works for UAE building projects.

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of UAE experience in quality assurance and quality control for aluminum and glass façade systems in UAE projects.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 – 6 years of UAE experience in cost control, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, variations, interim payments, final accounts, and subcontractor evaluations.

Land Surveyor:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 – 5 years of UAE experience in supporting aluminum and glass installation works on UAE building projects.

Assistant Land Surveyor:

• Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of UAE experience assisting with surveying activities for aluminum and glass façade projects in the UAE.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of UAE experience in document control for aluminum and glass construction projects in the UAE.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• All candidates should have UAE-based experience.
• Proficiency level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates shall have solid proven track experience in Building Aluminum Glass & Façade projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
