Al-Rakha General Contracting is recruiting experienced candidates for the Building Construction projects in (UAE / GCC) for the following categories:

POSITIONS

- Project Manager
- Technical Manager
- Planning Manager
- Construction Manager
- Quantity Survey Manager
- QA/QC Manager
- Safety Manager
- MEP Coordinator
- Cost Controller
- QA/QC Inspector

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/PMP.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the UAE.

Technical Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 – 12 years of relevant experience in the UAE.

Planning Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 – 12 years of relevant experience in the UAE.

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 – 12 years of relevant experience in the UAE.

Q.S Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 – 12 years of relevant experience in the UAE.

QA/QC Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 – 12 years of relevant experience in the UAE.

Safety Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science.
• Minimum 10 – 12 years of relevant experience in the UAE.

MEP Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 – 12 years of relevant experience in the UAE.

Cost Controller:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 – 12 years of relevant experience in the UAE.

QA/QC Inspector:

• Degree OR Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good Understanding of Construction techniques and good practice.
• Candidates MUST carry a CV and copy of their Passport, Vist Visa/Emirates ID.
• Full understanding of machine and labor outputs for all building construction activities.
• CVs not matching the above roles and experience, will be automatically rejected.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
