GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on large-scale building projects within the KSA region.

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field, and PMP Certified.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on large-scale building projects within the KSA region.

Technical Office Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on large-scale building projects within the KSA region.

Team Lead Technical Office Engineer – Civil / Architecture:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a Team Lead role on large-scale building projects within the KSA region.

Team Lead Site Engineer – Civil / Architecture:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a Team Lead Site Engineer role on large-scale building projects within the KSA region.

Senior Technical Office Engineer – Civil / Architecture:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a Sr. Technical Office Engineer role on large-scale building projects within the KSA region.

Senior Site Engineer – Civil / Architecture:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a Sr. Site Engineer role on large-scale building projects within the KSA region.

Technical Office Engineer – Civil / Architecture:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a Technical Office Engineer role on large-scale building projects within the KSA region.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates who are fluent in Arabic and English are preferred.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
• Proven experience in large-scale residential complex building projects.
• Ability to manage technical office teams and coordinate with site teams.
• Expertise in finishing details, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Candidates should have a solid background in project execution, coordination, and site management.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
