Arco Electromechanical LLC is currently hiring for the following positions for our NEW UPCOMING Electro-Mechanical MEP projects in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

POSITIONS

- Project Manager
- Electrical Engineer
- Mechanical Engineer
- Electrical Draftsman
- Mechanical Draftsman
- Documents Controller

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, or any equivalent engineering courses).
• Minimum 10+ years of construction experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple fit-out and construction projects from commencement to completion.

Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of construction experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple fit-out and construction projects from commencement to completion.

Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of construction experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple fit-out and construction projects from commencement to completion.

Electrical Draftsman:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any relevant field.
• Minimum 4+ years of construction experience.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

Mechanical Draftsman:

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any relevant field.
• Minimum 2+ years of construction experience.
• Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent command of verbal and written English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out and construction processes, materials, and finishes for any project configuration.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve drawing discrepancies or design conflicts.
• Familiarity with local regulations, building codes, and permit processes in UAE.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
