GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

For Managerial Positions:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or relevant discipline aligned with the position), a Master’s Degree in a relevant specialisation shall be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 15 – 20 years of overall professional experience (depending on position seniority), with substantial involvement in Roads, Highways, Bridges, Interchanges, and Allied Infrastructure Projects.
• Minimum 7 – 15 years of relevant experience within engineering consultancy/construction supervision roles on major infrastructure projects in the UAE.

For Engineer Positions:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or relevant discipline aligned with the position.
• Minimum 10 – 15 years of overall professional experience (depending on role seniority), including substantial involvement in Roads, Highways, Bridges, Interchanges, Utilities Relocation, Drainage Networks, and Allied Infrastructure Projects.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of relevant experience within engineering consultancy/construction supervision roles in the UAE on major infrastructure development projects.

For Q.S Positions:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent discipline from a recognised university.
• Minimum 15+ years of overall experience for Senior Quantity Surveyor and 8+ years for Quantity Surveyor, with significant involvement in Roads, Highways, Bridges, Interchanges, Utilities Relocation, and Allied Infrastructure Projects.
• Minimum 10+ years (Senior QS) and 5+ years (QS) of relevant experience within engineering consultancy/construction supervision environments in the UAE.

For Inspector / Land Surveyor Positions:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Surveying Engineering, or relevant discipline aligned with the position.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of overall professional experience (depending on position), including at least 5 – 7 years of relevant construction supervision experience within engineering consultancy environments in the UAE.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork capabilities within multidisciplinary consultancy supervision environments supporting timely and quality project delivery.
• Demonstrated familiarity with UAE local authority standards, specifications, approval procedures, and coordination requirements (including RTA, DMT, ADM, MoEI, and other relevant authorities, where applicable).
• Candidates with experience with Multinational Design consultants and exposure to Middle Eastern and Global projects will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience with large-scale Road, Highway & Allied Infrastructure projects, particularly mixed-use and Building projects.
