Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field. (Primavera P6).
• Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in planning & scheduling, project coordination, and site management within the KSA region.
• Experience in high-rise building Hospitality development projects is preferred.

Cost Control Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in project cost control and planning within the KSA region.
• Experience in high-rise building Hospitality development projects is preferred.

Senior Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in high-rise building Hospitality development projects within the KSA region. 

Senior Procurement Officer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in procurement of high-rise building Hospitality development projects within the KSA region. 

Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in high-rise building Hospitality development projects within the KSA region. 

Procurement Officer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in procurement of high-rise building Hospitality development projects within the KSA region. 

Land Surveyor:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Survey Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in high-rise building Hospitality development projects within the KSA region. 

Assistant Surveyor:

• ITI Certification or Diploma in Civil / Survey Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in high-rise building Hospitality development projects within the KSA region.
